Greetings Distinguished delegates!

I, Sana Sharafdeen from 12 D, find immense delight in welcoming you to the distinctive United Nations Women of ISMMUN 2022 and I am very much honoured to serve as your Director.

To look through my past experiences,my first ever MUN was in the year 2021! I was awarded high commendation two by the United Nations Women. For me it was not just an enthralling experience but it also boosted my confidence manifold entirely. Since then to date I have been fervently attending MUNs conducted globally. One learns the real meaning of diplomacy, research and leadership and ISMMUN has truly proven itself as a platform where delegates revolutionise into a generation of solvers, all while having immense fun,of course!

Delegates! It is absolutely fine to be nervous, but remember the only impossible journey is the one you never begin. Each and every one of you will be enriched with immense experience and a lot of learning. You will be exposed to an atmosphere filled with acceptance, differences in opinions, innovative approaches and above all,fun!

Let your enthusiasm echo with the voice you raise!Gear yourselves for an adventurous voyage embracing perception and pleasure in equal measures.

I am Devansh Hemal Sampat the assistant director of United Nations Women for the ISMMUN2022.

Being the first male dias of UNW is a great honour bestowed on me, and I shall carry out my job at my best.

My first MUN was in the CCPCJ where I represented the country of Colombia in 2020. In my second MUN I was the delegate of The Islamic Republic Of Iran in the committee UNHRC where I earned high commendation 2.

And here I am serving as the assistant director of UNW in my third MUN.
